The charts refresh continuously — the data is re-fetched from YouTube and cached at the edge for about 10 minutes, so what you see is close to real time. Each page shows when it was last updated.

Yes. You can browse trending videos worldwide or for a specific country — the United States, United Kingdom, India, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Russia — and filter by category such as Music, Gaming, Sports, Entertainment and News.
